Flower experiment..


Good evening crafty friends..followers and visitors..  warm welcome to Trish.. thank you for joining me..

Experiment...   flower`s ..
  TYVEK paper.. its an envelope 17"1/2 x 8"1/2  with a gusset  I have had for years..
when you heat the paper it curls.. will take any kind of colouring medium..
I think its available in material and paper..it is used in a number of thing`s  for its strength..
 Air mail envelope `s are made from this i think..
I love a messy/crunchy  flowers..  this does the job..you have to be careful not to leave your heat gun on to long as it curls like mad..

this is the finished card..

cut with heartfelt creations "Majestic blooms" inked with DI seedless preserves..

one flower has been heated with my glue gun..curled edges..
right photo both have now been heated..








pva glue together to form a flower.

this is the die selection I used to make the flowers..




well I think they look all right..don't know what you all think..
they are placed on a spellbinders "Tranquil Moments" A2 die...also "Diamond effects"  5x7 die..Whit card has been inked ..Memories soft lilac..sentiment ..Justrite "Birthday Vintage Labels Four"...

Another beautiful card. Tyvek is wonderful material but you are right, it does shrivel alarmingly if you are over enthusiastic with the heat gun. No need to ask how I know this!!
